Our Restaurant

PT Pho Express, a restaurant chain under PT Noodles Holdings Inc., was founded by Mr. Tien Nguyen. He was originally a Vietnamese who built his fortune from rock bottom. The achievement he gets today is from a thorny path since he was just a waiter for a Vietnamese restaurant called PT Noodles, located in Goodyear city, Arizona.

He has accumulated working and learning experiences from the most basic entry-level jobs such as washing dishes or bussing tables. Then, he became a chef in charge of the frying station. In more than 9 years of working, he has earned enough capital to buy that restaurant and start his own path. After many peaks and valleys, he gradually perfected his industry understanding and decided to establish the PT Pho Express chain, which focuses on introducing the flavorful dishes imbued with Vietnamese cuisine, accompanied by ambitious expansion plans.

Acquired in July 2013 and continues to operate independently until now. The new owner - Mr.Tien decided to keep its original name - PT Noodles, as a special memory of his initial start-up business.
